Bau-Xi Photo showcases fine art photography by emerging, mid career, and established artists.

The gallery welcomes submissions from artists seeking representation throughout the year. We do not accept proposals for single exhibitions, but rather for gallery representation. We do not make appointments or view portfolios during gallery hours.

Due to the cost involved in producing and mailing printed submissions, the gallery encourages email submissions. Please ensure your email subject line reads “Portfolio Submission”. Artists seeking representation can email submissions to the
attention of Robyn McCallum at bauxiphoto@gmail.com.

Option A: Send Website Informations (Preferred)
Provide a link to your website/URL which contains images, contact information, artist curriculum vitae and artist statement

Option B: Email Images
-Attach 5 to 8 titled jpeg images, under 100 kilobytes each
Please include the following information in the body of the email, or attached in .doc, .rtf, or .pdf format:
-An image list which specifies titles, dates, media and the dimensions of each work
-A curriculum vitae and artist statement
-Contact information
The email should not exceed 2 MB
Please do not call about your email submission. Due to the
volume of submissions received weekly, we will only reply back if
there is interest in seeing more of your work.

Option C: Mail or Drop Off
-If sending via mail or dropping off at the gallery, we will accept printed photographs of no more than 8 images along with image details, curriculum vitae and artist statement. -Clearly mark package "portfolio submission"
-CD-ROMs are acceptable
-Bound submissions are not encouraged
-Provide a self addressed stamped envelope for the return of
materials.
